Easter Tulips

This tulip is made from the owl punch.  That punch can be used for so many different things.  It is amazing to see what people come up with for me to copy.  In Florida, we only see tulips in pots.  It does not get cold enough here for the tulips to do whatever it needs the cold weather for.  You can plant them but only as an annual.  Some people plant and let them bloom then dig them out and store them in the refrigerator.  Too much work for me with limited success.
